Approve an Agreement with Happy Software, LLC for Housing Authority Management <br />Software <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to <br />execute an agreement with Happy Software, LLC to provide housing authority <br />management software services beginning June 1, 2021 and expiring May 31, 2024, for <br />a total amount not to exceed $200,000 over a three-year period, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the Executive Director and Authority General <br />Counsel. <br />4. Approve an Agreement with Nan McKay and Associates, LLC for Housing Authority <br />Case Management Service <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to <br />execute an agreement with Nan McKay and Associates, Inc. to provide case <br />management services for the Housing Authority beginning May 4, 2021 and expiring <br />April 30, 2024, for a total amount not to exceed $300,000 over a three-year period, <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the Executive Director and Authority <br />General Counsel. <br />5. Approve a First Amendment to the Memorandum of Agreement for Inter -Jurisdictional <br />Mobility with the Orange County Housing Authority, Anaheim Housing Authority, and <br />Garden Grove Housing Authority <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to <br />execute a First Amendment to the Memorandum of Agreement for Inter -Jurisdictional <br />Mobility with the Orange County Housing Authority, Anaheim Housing Authority, and <br />Garden Grove Housing Authority effective May 4, 2021, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the Executive Director and the Housing Authority General <br />Counsel. <br />MINUTES: Authority Member Phan recused herself from Item 5, due to a conflict of <br />interest. <br />Moved by Councilmember Hernandez, seconded by Councilmember Mendoza to <br />City Council 20 5/4/2021 <br />
