<br />the amount of $80,624.29 (Non-General Fund, General Fund) <br /> <br />Department(s): Police Department <br /> <br />Recommended Action: Approve an agreement amendment with Axon Enterprise, <br />Inc. for additional Body Worn Cameras, related equipment, and operating licenses <br />for the Santa Ana Police Department for the period of April 1, 2021 through June <br />30, 2022, in the amount $80,624.29, and amending the term end date to June 30, <br />2022, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney (Agreement No. 2021-XXX). <br /> <br />17. Appropriate $9.8 Million of Federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program Money <br />Allocated from the Department of Treasury and Approve the Proposed Spending <br />Plan (Non-General Fund) <br /> <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br /> <br />Recommended Action: 1. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing an <br />allocation of Emergency Rental Assistance Program funds from the U.S. <br />Department of Treasury in the amount of $9,880,391.30 in revenue account and <br />appropriating same to expenditure account. (Requires five affirmative votes) <br /> <br />2. Approve the proposed Emergency Rental Assistance Program spending plan, <br />subject to adjustment by the City Manager as needed in response to shifting needs <br />and priorities not to exceed the amount of funds available. <br /> <br />3. Direct the City Attorney to finalize and authorize the City Manager to enter into <br />negotiations, execute agreements, and approve any other required actions <br />necessary with various service providers, contractors, and sub-recipients, who will <br />implement the Emergency Rental Assistance Program spending plan, subject to <br />non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney <br />(Agreement No. 2021-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />18. Approve Agreement with Stradling Yocca Carson & Rauth for Pension Debt <br />Refinancing Bond Counsel, Disclosure Counsel and Court Validation Services <br /> <br />Department(s): Finance and Management Services <br /> <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with <br />Stradling Yocca Carson & Rauth for legal services related to pension debt <br />refinancing, for an amount not to exceed $154,500 including a contingency of <br />$35,000 for the period February 16, 2021 through August 16, 2022 with an option <br />to extend for up to one year subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
