Approve a Future Agreement with Salvation Army to Operate the Hospitality House for <br />Individuals Experiencing Homeless in Santa Ana until the Time that the Carnegie <br />Shelter is Operational (Grant Funded) <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: Direct the City Attorney to finalize and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute a future Agreement with Salvation Army to operate a temporary <br />75-bed homeless shelter at 818 E Third Street in Santa Ana, in the amount of <br />$390,000 for an anticipated 90-day period, subject to extension, for a total amount <br />not -to exceed $780,000 from June 28, 2021 through December 28, 2021, subject to <br />non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney <br />(Agreement No. 2021-XXX). <br />32.
