<br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute amendments to
<br />agreements for on -call general engineering services with Kimley-Horn & Associates,
<br />Inc., Huitt-Zollars, Inc., CSG Consultants, Inc., Anderson Penna Partners, Inc., NV5,
<br />Inc., Tait & Associates, Inc., Mark Thomas & Company, Inc., Willdan Engineering, and
<br />Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., to increase the shared agreement amount by
<br />$3,000,000, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $5,000,000, and extend the
<br />term of the agreements two years to June 18, 2023, subject to non -substantive
<br />changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021-
<br />XXX).

<br />Material Testing and Special Inspection Services in an Amount not to Exceed

<br />AESCO Inc., Kleinfelder Inc., and RMA Group to provide as -needed material testing
<br />and special inspection services in a shared aggregate arnount riot to exceed
<br />$1,000,000 for a three-year term beginning July 6, 2021 and expiring July 5, 2024,
<br />with an option for two, one-year extensions, subject to non -substantive changes
<br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021-XXX).
<br />22. Sole Source Purchase Order to the National Fitness Campaign, LLC (NFC) for Art
<br />Wraps for Eight Fitness Courts for an Amount Not to Exceed $218,500 (Non -General
