CM must have perfect attendance for scheduled work only for CM who is riot in school No <br />absences are allowed (including excused absences & Leave of Absences). <br />Credential/Certification Incentive - $60 <br />CM must successfully earn a state -recognized credential or certification. <br />Driver license Incentive - $60 <br />CM must obtain a Class B or Class C Driver License while enrolled with the OCCC. <br />Education Program Incentive -$100 <br />CM must earn a High School Diploma while enrolled at the OCCC. <br />Open a Bank Account - $Sit <br />CM must open either a checking or savings account while enrolled at OCCC. Participant must submit <br />proof of new account. CM will not be eligible for existing accounts or opening additional accounts. <br />Placement in Employment Incentive - $50 <br />CM must maintain employment and submit proof of employment at time of incentive processing. <br />Post -Secondary Education - $50 <br />CM must submit proof of enrollment and class schedule <br />Completion of Work Readiness CurriculumlCareer Exploration Activitiesflifla <br />Skills Activities - $50 <br />CM must complete all workshops assigned and submit completed checklist <br />Parole9Probetion Discharge Incentive - $50 <br />CM must be discharged from probation or parole while enrolled at OCCC. <br />Others — Management Discretion - Amount TBD but not more than $50 <br />At the discretion of management, certain accomplishments and attainments not listed above may be <br />given, when it Is determined that ine participant has made great stride in the program. <br />City Council 16 — 157 7/6/2021 <br />
