The SUBRECIPIENT agrees to assist individualsanti families that are homeless or at risk of homelessness In obtaining appropriate supportive services including, but not limited to; temporary and permanent housing, relocation and stabilization services, rapid re -housing assistance, medical and mental health treatment, counseling supeivision, and other servieos essential for achieving independent living. I. SUBR CIPIMNT has agreed to be reimbursed for the above services in an amount not to exceed $25,000 in grant funding for Shelter, Outreach Services, Rapid Re -Housing or homeless Prevention. J, This AGREEMENT is contingent upon the award of ESt3-CV funds from the United States Department of Hm;sing and Urban Development, I{. The CITY and the SUBRECIPIENT have duly executed this AGREEMENT for the expenditure and utilization of said funds.
