<br />City of Industry On -Call Geotechnical Observation and Testing Services, City of Industry, CA. Mr.
<br />Jabbour has been providing inspection duties to Caltrans testing specifications for roadways and
<br />sidewalks along with ASTM nuclear gauge testing for parking lots and ADA ramp stalls.
<br />Caltrans SRL Contract 08A2958 (Prior Contract 08A2541), On -Call Materials Sampling and Testing
<br />Support Services for Projects Located in Caltrans Districts 7, 8, and 12, Various Counties in
<br />Southern CA. Materials Tester. For five years, Mr. Jabbour has been conducting laboratory testing
<br />services on HMA materials at SRL on numerous Caltrans projects located in Los Angeles, Riverside, San
<br />Bernardino, Ventura, and Orange Counties. He has been providing laboratory testing such as unit
<br />weights, Hamburg Wheel, Rice, SSD, compaction, and stability testing. Mr. Jabbour's performance was
<br />also recognized by the Caltrans Laboratory Manager.
