17. Contractor shall be responsible for the labor to repair damaged landscaping caused by <br />vandalism or vehicle accidents with material costs to be reimbursed by City. The <br />Contractor shall submit Invoicing to establish cost of materials <br />18, The actual cost of all materials passed on to the City for extraordinary <br />maintenance/repairs shall be wholesale cost of the materials. <br />The wholesale cost shall be the actual cost paid by the Contractor reflecting <br />the best price, Including discounts available.
