The Subrecipient agrees to operate a program in accordance with the provisions of this Subgrant and to <br />have an approved Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Local Plan for the above named Pass -through <br />Entity filed with the Pass -through Entity pursuant to the WIOA.
