Included in this letter are the following. <br />• VMT Background <br />• Republic, Athens, CR&R and Waste Management Routes <br />• VMT Calculations <br />• Conclusions <br />LLG is a local Orange County transportation engineering firm that has conducted <br />numerous VMT Analyses in the Orange County area and has been in operation for <br />over 50 years. <br />VEHICLE MILES TRAVELED (VMT) BACKGROUND <br />The State of California Office of Planning and Research (OPR) published its latest <br />Technical Advisory on Evaluating Transportation Impacts in CEQA to the Philip M. Liwcott, PE oav-WWI <br />California Natural Resources Agency in December 2018. This Technical Advisory Jack M. Greenspan, PE lPLl <br />provides recommendations on how to evaluate transportation impacts. These Wniam A. Law.
