EXHIBIT "A" <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Parcel 103739-1: FEE <br />That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 20, <br />Township 5 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as described in a Deed recorded <br />April 8, 1964 in Book 6995, Page 445 of Official Records in the office of the <br />County Recorder of said County, lying southeasterly of the following described <br />line: <br />BEGINNING at a point on that certain course described as having a bearing of <br />North 49°20'48" West and a length of 61.13 in the southwesterly line of the land <br />described in said Deed, distant thereon South 49°21'02" East 44.69 feet from the <br />northwesterly terminus of said certain course; thence leaving said southwesterly <br />line, North 40"38'58" East 42.28 feet; thence North 39"46'05" East 2.74 feet to <br />the northeasterly line of the land described in said Deed. <br />This conveyance is made for the purpose of a freeway and the GRANTOR <br />hereby releases and relinquishes to the GRANTEE any and all abutter's rights <br />including access rights, appurtenant to GRANTOR's remaining property, in and <br />to.the freeway. <br />The bearings shown herein are based on the California Coordinate System of <br />1983, Zone VI, North American Datum of 1983 (1991.35 epoch).
