FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />Grantor hereby grants to the ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY, a <br />public entity, ("Grantee"), its employees, agents, representatives, contractors, successors and <br />assigns, a temporary easement for construction of the SR-55 Improvement Project, in, on, over, <br />under, and across that portion of Grantor's Property more particularly described in Exhibit "Cl", <br />depicted in Exhibit "C2" and incorporated herein by this reference.
