Connected the new gravity relief sewer to the <br />existing sewer and constructed (4) interconnections. The new relief sewer was to be <br />installed using guided boring method with shafts located at street intersections along the <br />Front Street. The specified guided bore method was unsuccessful and the project was <br />redesigned and installed using five conventional bores and open cut excavation of one <br />section. Responsible for relocating existing utilities; implementing traffic and pedestrian <br />control measures; installation and monitoring of ground, utility, and surface movement <br />monitoring sensors; installation of manholes; collection and disposal of groundwater <br />encountered during construction; restoration of AC pavement; restoration of sidewalks, <br />boardwalk, curb and gutter, curb return, and handicap access ramps. <br />Total Value of Construction (including change orders): $ 12,048,760 <br />Original Scheduled Completion Date: November 2015 <br />168 days <br />March 2016 <br />W.
