Ms. Julie Castro -Cardenas <br />July 28, 2021 <br />Page 2 <br />PROFESSIONAL FEE <br />We propose providing the Scope of Services for this project in accordance with the attached General Conditions <br />of Agreement and Standard Billing Rates for a Not to Exceed fee of $30,000. Any work performed beyond the <br />parameters detailed in the proposed scope of work, such as requested condition assesment services, will be <br />performed upon receiving additional written authorization from the City. Reimbursable expenses will be billed at <br />1.15 times the cost of travel and living expenses, purchase or rental of specialized equipment, photographs and <br />renderings, document reproduction, postage and delivery costs, long distance telephone and facsimile charges, <br />additional service consultants, and other project related expenses. <br />Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If any part of this agreement does not meet your needs, please let us know <br />and we will workto provide a proposal that does so.
