GOVERNANCE <br />Subrecipient agrees to comply, remain informed, and deliver services consistent with the <br />provisions of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), County of Orange, <br />Orange County Workforce Development Board (OCWDB) Policies, Orange County <br />Region Strategic Five -Year Plan, applicable sections of the Welfare and Institutions Code, <br />the California Education Code, the Rehabilitation Act, negotiated Memoranda of <br />Understanding, Title V of the Older Americans Act, federal and state governance <br />documents and/or any other appropriate statutes or requirements, related to the services <br />provided in this Contract.. <br />Where local policy has not been set, Subrecipient agrees to adhere to state and/or federal <br />policy, as appropriate. <br />IL GOVERNANCE REFERENCES <br />A.
