Fittings 2" and under shall be threaded malleable iron, class 150, ASTM 1197. <br />Larger fittings shall be butt weld type ASTM A234 WPB of the same wall thickness as the <br />adjoining pipe. <br />D. Flanges shall be forged steel, slip-on or weld neck. raised face, ASTM A- 1 05, <br />bored to match the I.D. of the pipe. Flange ratings shall be as required for the design <br />of the piping system. <br />E. Welding and welder qualifications shall conform to the requirements of the ASME <br />Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code or AP! Standard 1104. Filler metals shall be selected <br />in accordance with AWS or ASTM Standards. <br />F. All electrical systems for all electrical equipment shall be furnished and installed <br />on the skid. Electrical construction shall be in accordance with N FPA 52 and N FPA <br />70 for Class I, Div ll, Group D. Terminal strips shall be furnished with all internal wiring <br />complete to these terminal strips. Electrical control panel(s) shall be waterproof NEMA <br />4. Power required shall be 120 Volt, I phase, 60Hz. Provide a separate grounding lug <br />on the skid. <br />G. Painting: Skid, equipment, piping and all other ferrous materials which are not <br />insulated shall be primed and painted. A minimum of one primer and two finish coats <br />are required. One quart of touch up paint to match the finish shall be furnished with the <br />equipment. <br />1.7 Instrumentation: Provide a continuous dew point monitor with selectable digital dew point <br />indication in degrees C or F at the dryer control panel. Moisture sensor shall be mounted <br />at the dryer outlet to verify the outlet gas dew point. Provide two alarm lights: one for <br />deteriorating dewpoint performance and one for regeneration required.
