SB300176E (Ed. 10-19) F. Lessor of Equipment Any person or organization from whom you lease equipment. Such person or organization are insureds only with respect to their liability arising out of the maintenance, operation or use by you of equipment leased to you by such person or organization. A person's or organization's status as an insured under this endorsement ends when their written contract or agreement with you for such leased equipment ends. With respect to the insurance afforded, these additional insureds, the following additional exclusions apply: This insurance does not apply: 1. To any "occurrence" which takes place after the equipment lease expires; or 2. To "bodily injury," "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of the sole negligence of such additional insured. Any insurance provided to an additional insured designated under paragraphs A. through G. above does not apply to "bodily injury" or "property damage" included within the "products -completed -operations hazard." G. Lessor of Land Any person or organization from whom you lease land, but only with respect to liability for "bodily injury," "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of such land, provided that the "occurrence" giving rise to such "bodily injury" or "property damage," or the offense giving rise to such "personal and advertising injury" takes place prior to the termination of such lease. The coverage granted by this paragraph does not apply to structural alterations, new construction or demolition operations performed by, or on behalf of, such additional insured. H. Trade Show Event Lessor 1. With respect to your participation in a trade show event as an exhibitor, presenter or displayer, any person or organization whom you are required to include as an additional insured, but only with respect to such person or organization's liability for "bodily injury," "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" caused by: a. Your acts or omissions; or b. Acts or omissions of those acting on your behalf; In the performance of your ongoing operations at a trade show event premises during the trade show event. 2. The coverage provided by this provision does not apply to "bodily injury" or "property damage" included within the "products -completed operations hazard" I. Engineers, Architects or Surveyors Engaged By You An architect, engineer or surveyor engaged by you, but only with respect to liability for "bodily injury," "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" caused in whole or in part by your acts or omissions, or the acts or omissions of others acting on your behalf: a. In connection with your premises; or b. In the performance of your ongoing operations. But the coverage hereby granted to such additional insureds does not apply to "bodily injury," "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of the rendering or failure to render any professional services by you or on your behalf, including but not limited to: 1. The preparing, approving, or failing to prepare or approve, maps, shop drawings, opinions, reports, surveys, field orders, change orders, or drawings and specifications; or 2. Supervisory, inspection, architectural or engineering activities 10. Fellow Employee First Aid Paragraph 2.a.(1)(d) of Section C.
