EXHIBIT A
COMMUNITY BENEFIT AND SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES PLAN
Community Benefit and Sustainable Business Practices PI
Cannavision deeply values Santa Ana community, especially its residents. As such,
Cannavision is committed to supporting the City and its events and programs, community -
based groups, schools and non -profits as well as prioritizing local hiring and business
partnership practices. Our donations will commence once our businesses are profitable and
able to sustain operations for 3 months. Because we are a small family (from Santa Ana)
business, Cannavision will commit to $2,000 in donations in year one following profitability,
$3,000 in year two and $5,000 in year three and beyond.
Likewise, Cannavision has adopted clean, green business practices and seeks to partner
with cannabis businesses who also value sustainability.
Commitment_to Support Communitv-Based Groups
Without community service, we would not have a strong quality of life. It's important to the
person who serves as well as the recipient. It's the way in which we ourselves grow and
develop. Dorothy Height, Civil Rights Activist, Presidential Medal of Freedom Recipient
(1994) and Congressional Gold Medal (2004).
Coraz6n de Vida
Cannavision knows that children are the future and is eager to support Coraz6n de Vida's
efforts to end child abandonment and the cycle of poverty. Accordingly, we are committed to
donating Coraz6n de Vida, which focuses on ensuring the basics of life at their orphanage,
such as nutrition, shelter and security to children in Baja California while working directly
with individuals to improve their quality of life. Coraz6n de Vida also funds uniforms,
backpacks and transportation costs to ensure the children at the orphanage look just the
same as the other children at school. To the extent the Coraz6n de Vida permits us to take
a more active role in supporting their needs, Cannavision will continue to explore these
options with the them directly.
Mercy House
Cannavision is dedicated to supporting those who need it most. To that end, we have
selected the Mercy House to support on an annual basis.
Mercy House currently operates a complete system of care in Orange County consisting of
outreach, emergency shelters, transitional facilities, and permanent residences. Mercy
House assists single adults and full families experiencing homelessness in one of the most
expensive counties in America. We are excited to support Mercy House in its partnership
with the City of Santa Ana, the California Strategic Growth Council upcoming Legacy Square
facility in Santa Ana.
Additionally, we will donate at least 10 hours of community service time per employee per
year to the Mercy House and compensate our staff during their volunteer time.
