2) The requirement in the COVERAGE C — MEDICAL PAYMENTS, paragraph 1. Insuring <br />Agreement that expenses must be incurred and reported to us within 'one year" of the <br />accident date is changed to "three years'. <br />B) SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS <br />Under SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS —COVERAGES A AND B, provisions b. and d.: <br />1) The limit for the cost of bail bonds is changed from $250 to $3,000. <br />2) The limit for loss of earnings is changed from $250 per day to $1,000 per day. <br />C) DAMAGE TO PREMISES RENTED TO YOU <br />If damage by fire to premises rented to you is not otherwise excluded from this Coverage Part, the <br />word "fire" is changed to "fire, lightning, explosion, smoke, or leakage from fire protective <br />sprinklers' where it appears in: <br />1) The last paragraph of SECTION I — COVERAGES, COVERAGE A — BODILY INJURY AND <br />PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY, subsection 2. Exclusions; <br />2) SECTION III — LIMITS OF INSURANCE, paragraph G.; <br />3) SECTION V — DEFINITIONS, paragraph 9.a.; and <br />4) SECTION IV — COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY CONDITIONS, subsection 4. Other <br />Insurance, paragraph b. Excess Insurance. <br />The Damage to Premises Rented to You Limit section of the Declarations is amended to <br />$1,000,000. This is the most we will pay for all damage proximately caused by the same event, <br />whether such damage results from fire, lightning, explosion, smoke or leakage from fire protective <br />sprinklers or any combination thereof. <br />D) WHO IS AN INSURED <br />Paragraph 2. of Section II — Who Is An Insured is deleted and replaced by the following: <br />2. Each of the following is also an insured: <br />a. The following person(s), but only while working within the scope of their duties for the <br />insured: <br />(i) "Employee(s)"; <br />(it) "Volunteer Worker(s)"; and <br />(Ili) "Contract workers)".
