It will negatively impact renters, rental -housing providers, and the neighborhoods <br />where they are located, in addition to harming property values, compromising public safety and quality of life, and <br />more. <br />I I'm <br />IIIA-1221LO"T <br />Mowever, at 10 POI11T did the city reach out to SEE?� ITIT-MRIT or ITIA?�ETIE ATTARE that such a proposal A <br />being actively developed. Instead, the city blindsided me and my fellow rental -housing providers with a proposal <br />t W - t: <br />Oversteps existing state laws and imposes onerous restrictions that affect my ability to provide safe, <br />quality housing to my tenants. <br />Eliminates my ability, and the ability of other responsible landlords, to control and adjust for costs that <br />impact our rental business operations. <br />I believe that the proposed "City of Santa Ana Community Preservation, Rent Stabilization, Tenants' Rights Act" is <br />q,everely flawed and punitive against rental -housing providers.
