McFadden Ave. <br />I wanted to voice my concerns and opposition with the Santa Ana Rent Control Ordinance. I have noticed how much the <br />city of Santa Ana has changed - mostly for the good of our residents and neighbors. We have been able to renovate our <br />property and maintain it so that our residents enjoy coming home to a well -kept community. <br />It would be devastating to have all of our hard work and the improvements we have made to our community diminish <br />with the passing of an ordinance that will only do more harm to those who reside in the city of Santa Ana. Implementing <br />rent control laws would mean that we will no longer be able to afford to maintain our grounds, keep up with resident <br />work orders, or any complete preventative maintenance routinely. This will lead to the beauty of Santa Ana falling <br />quickly and into disrepair which would sadden me greatly. <br />I'm sure you are being inundated with calls, letters, and emails, so I will keep this letter brief. I hope you will reconsider <br />and think about the damage this Ordinance will do to the City of Santa Ana.
