We have acquired and rehabilitated units constructed prior to <br />1995 in many neighborhoods throughout the City. Our properties are currently subject to <br />existing regulatory agreements and oversight by the City of Santa Ana that restrict rents to <br />extremely low, very low and low income households. <br />We would ask City Council to amend the City ordinance to exempt affordable developments <br />with recorded governmental regulatory agreements.
