9–IL.L Њ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021-XX <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA TO AMEND THE CURRENTFISCAL YEAR 2021- <br />2022ANNUAL BUDGET TO REALLOCATE AND ADD <br />LIMITED-TERM FULL-TIME POSITIONS IN THE CITY <br />AGENCY, FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />AGENCY, HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING <br />AND BUILDING AGENCY, AND PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY <br />FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN <br />ACT PROJECTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby finds, determines and declares as follows: <br />A.On June 15, 2021, the City Council passed and adopted Ordinance <br />No. NS-3005, establishing the Cit2021-2022 <br />andauthorizing position allocations for Fiscal Year2021-2022. The <br />Ordinance also sets forththe requirement that alterations in the <br />allocation of authorized positions be reviewed and approved by the <br />City Council. <br />B.to amendits <br />Fiscal Year 2021-2022budget to add one (1) limited-term full-time <br />Management Aide for the implementation of the American Rescue <br />Plan Act projects. <br />C.The Executive Director of the Finance and Management Services <br />Agency requests to amend its Fiscal Year 2021-2022budgetto add <br />one (1) limited-term full-time Accountant II, one (1) limited-term full- <br />timeBuyer, and one (1) limited-term full-time Purchasing Specialist for <br />the implementation of the American Rescue Plan Act projects. <br />D.The Executive Director of the Community Development Agency <br />requeststo amend its Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget to add one (1) <br />limited-term full-time Housing Programs Analyst, one (1) limited-term <br />full-time Community Development Analyst, two (2) limited-term full-time <br />Economic Development Specialist I, one (1) limited-term full-time <br />Management Aide, one (1) limited-term full-time Accounting Assistant, <br />one (1)limited-term full-timeSenior Accounting Assistant, one (1) <br />limited-termfull-timeManagement Analyst, two (2)limited-term full- <br />timeWorkforce Specialist II,and to reallocate one (1) full-time <br />Workforce Specialist III to one (1) limited-term full-time Workforce <br />Resolution 2021- <br />XXX Page 1 of <br /> <br />
