8. Removal of Staff- The City requires the Contractor to remove any <br />Contractor personnel from City property who are deemed careless, <br />incompetent, insubordinate, objectionable, orwhose continued employment, <br />on the job Is deemed to be contrary to public health, safety and welfare. If, <br />in the opinion of the City, an employee of the Contractor is incompetent or <br />disorderly, refuses to perform in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />of the contract, the Contractor shall remove that employee from all work <br />under this contract. <br />9. Backup Staff- The Contractor shall provide sufficient backup staff to cover <br />absenteeism or extend existing work force hours to compensate for absent <br />staff. <br />4.6 Employee List: The Contractor shall provide to the Police Administrative Budget <br />Manager or designee and accurate list of all personnel who have any relationship to <br />work performed within the scope of this contract. List data shall indicate the following: <br />a) First and Last name of employee <br />b) Phone Number <br />c) Title <br />d) Shift/Work hours <br />Changes to the list shall be reported, in writing to the Police Administrative Budget <br />Manager or designee. <br />5.Q SCOPE OF SERVICES, EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES <br />5.1 Equipment & Supplies Furnished by Proposer: The Proposer shall provide all cleaning <br />appliances, tools, (Le.: vacuums, mops, carts, floor polishers, ladders, signs, etc.) and <br />all cleaning chemicals, urinal screens and cakes, rags, sponges, vacuum bags, trash <br />can liners, soap -dispensed cleaners, sanitary napkins, and miscellaneous supplies. All <br />supplies will be ordered and delivered in a timely manner. The contractor shall furnish <br />and maintain all equipment necessary for properly maintaining the Police Department <br />and off site substations. The contractor shall provide an equipment inventory list, <br />identifying all equipment by age and condition to provide the services required by this <br />contract. Any equipment determined to be in poor condition or inoperable, must be <br />replaced immediately, at the contractor's expense. Failure to provide suitable <br />equipment for carrying out all requirements of this contract may be grounds for <br />termination. <br />All cleaning supplies, materials, and tools used in the performance of this contract shall <br />be of good commercial quality, suitable for the purpose intended, and shall provide <br />results necessary to provide the high standards of cleanliness required under this <br />contract. All cleaning processes used shall meet high standards of safety and <br />effectiveness for commercial applications in high traffic areas"and shall not damage the <br />facilities being cleaned <br />Trash can liners shall be black in color. To insure proper strength to avoid leaks and <br />spills, liners shall be a minimum of 1.0 mil thick for 39 gallon or less receptacles and a <br />minimum of 1.25 mil thick for liners 40 gallons or more. <br />Carpet warranty specifications, marble and granite warranty specifications, and <br />occupant health mandate the following vacuum, floor scrubber, and carpet extractor <br />equipment specifications (no substitutions).
