To compensate the contractor for costs associated with unarmed onsite security guard 7 <br />days per week from 6PM — 6AM Monday -Friday and 24 hours per day on Saturday and <br />Sunday for 4 weeks per PCO 7.1 dated July 24, 2023. <br />TOTAL COST = $23,184.00 <br />2. To compensate the contractor for costs associated with increasing the light pole footing on 3 <br />poles per PCO 12.0 dated March 4, 2023. <br />TOTAL COST = $3, 706.19 <br />3. To compensate the contractor for costs associated with modifying skate park ramps radius, and <br />regrading for thickened edge per PCO 16.1 dated April 26, 2023. <br />TOTAL COST= $8,913.31 <br />4. To compensate the contractor for costs associated with exporting an additional 45 cubic yards <br />of soil per PCO 17.0 dated April 19, 2023. <br />TOTAL COST = $4,226.62 <br />TOTAL AGREED COST: $40,030.12 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
