Case No. 30-2020-01167808-CU-MC-NJC <br />Pursuant to Section 5 (Transfer of Ownership) of the above -referenced Settlement Agreement, entered <br />into by the Carl P. & Mario B. Stevens Trust and the City of Santa Ana ("Agreement"), the October 8, <br />2021 deadline for the close of escrow set by the I" amendment to the Agreement is hereby extended to <br />October 29, 2021.
