("DISCO") and City of Santa Ana ("Customer") amends and <br />modifies that certain End -User Agreement between DISCO and Customer, effective as of March 19, <br />N 2021, (the "Agreement'). Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Amendment shall have <br />o the meanings given to such terms in the Agreement. Unless expressly stated herein, all of the provisions <br />of the Agreement, and any amendments, addenda, and/or notices thereto, remain unchanged and in full <br />force and effect. <br />i� <br />® For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />Minimum Charge.
