They do not respect the properties and often leave trash outside all <br />over the floor, children unattended, vandalism, bedbugs, illegal dumping, park their cars on the grass even <br />though they have assigned garages and parking (because they have too many unauthorized occupants staying <br />with them) which causes City Code Violations from Code Enf to be given to the owners, they don't report <br />maintenance because they don't want us to see how many beds are there, etc. The State already mandated <br />rent control with AB1482...this is enough....stop trying to mandate more rules over private property.
