We believed you. He mentioned that the k-rails plan should be confirmed before he can approve the event <br />for Sunday. Margarita was able to get Downtown Liaison, Julie Castro Cardenas to lend us the k-rails but they need to be <br />picked up and delivered to Parton and filled with water on Sunday. We have not received a response from Public Works <br />to have staff do that, but Irene I mentioned that asking the councilmember to co-sponsor that aspect of your event <br />would get a faster response. <br /> <br />I also heard from Charitable Ventures and they need the questionnaire form for the performer so they can be on <br />boarded before the event. <br /> <br />Margarita suggest postponing your event to allow more time to plan for k-rails and other forms from Charitable <br />Ventures.
