Planning and Building Agency <br />Item # 1 <br />City of Santa Ana <br />20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />Zoning Administrator Staff Report <br />July 7, 2021 <br />Topic: Minor Exception No. 2021-01 - The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company (dba <br />AT&T) Front Yard Fence <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />Adopt a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2021-01 as conditioned. <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />Marilyn Warren, representing The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company (dba AT&T), <br />is requesting approval of Minor Exception No. 2021-01 to allow the construction of a seven- <br />foot high front yard fence and gates at 3220 South Bristol Street. Pursuant to Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code (SAMC) Section 41-632(3)(i), minor exception applications for fences <br />require consideration by the Zoning Administrator.
