Carvalho <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Delay Gomez <br />On November 20, 2018, the City of Santa Arta and SCST, LLC, entered into Agreement At A 2018-258 ("Agreemem") <br />- - _ to provide on -call geoteclmical services. On May 5, 2020, SCST, LLC, converted its entity status and name to Atlas -- <br />Engineering West, Inc., and subsequently merged with Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, on September 22, 2020. <br />Pursuant to Section 15, the City acknowledges and accepts the assignment of services to Atlas Technical Consultants, <br />LLC, for the remainder of the term of the Agreement. <br />Additionally, pursuant to Section 3 ("Term"), the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional two (2) year period, <br />from November 20, 2021 through November 19, 2023. Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or <br />renewed to cover this extension.
