2 <br />Pow LSTe1e <br />3 <br />4 <br />Return FULLY EXECUTED <br />60ppy REUUitiE1 copy to COTC, M-30 A-2021-123-01 <br />WORK Lmy PROGEEV <br />OCT 2 2 2021 AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE <br />TO <br />WW)T.-f AGREEMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br />FOR 2020 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE GRANT PROGRAM <br />COVID-19 SUPPLEMENTAL <br />5 This AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE to AGREEMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS FOR 2020 <br />6 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE GRANT PROGRAM COVID-19 <br />7 SUPPLEMENTAL ("Transfer Agreement') is made and entered upon execution of all necessary <br />8 <br />signatures. <br />9 <br />10 WHEREAS, COUNTY and SUBRECIPIENT executed a Transfer Agreement to reimburse <br />11 SUBRECIPIENT for reasonable and permissible expenditures for the grant purposes; <br />12 WHEREAS, the original Transfer Agreement included a deadline for participating jurisdictions <br />13 to submit reimbursement requests by June 30, 2021 (Section 15(f)); <br />14 WHEREAS, some SUBRECIPIENTS were unable to complete their project expenditures within <br />15 <br />that timeframe due to extraordinary circumstances of pandemic, fires, and civil unrest during the past <br />16 <br />year; <br />17 <br />18 WHEREAS, the COUNTY requested a grant extension from the California Office of Emergency <br />19 Services and the extension request was approved through December 27, 2021; <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />WHEREAS, the COUNTY has 7 calendar days from the end of the performance period to <br />submit the final Request for Reimbursement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Section 15(f) is modified to extend the date by which SUBRECIPIENT reimbursement <br />requests must be received by the COUNTY to December 31, 2021.
