N-2021-210 <br />WMMAYPWMWOrangelNooc <br />CLMOFOOLO • FOUNDATION <br />Foster and Community Youth Services <br />Operational Agreement <br />Orangewood Foundation and Santa Ana Police Department <br />This Operational Agreement stands as evidence that Orangewood <br />N <br />N <br />Foundation and the Santa Ana Police Department (Santa Ana PD) intend to <br />N <br />owork together toward the mutual goal of providing maximum available support <br />to youth experiencing homelessness in Orange County, CA. Both agencies <br />believe the implementation of the Homeless Youth Emergency Services and <br />Housing (YE) Program will further this goal. To this end, the two entities agree to <br />participate in the exchange of services to youth experiencing homelessness - <br />including access to a range of housing options as well as crisis intervention and <br />stabilization services - so that the immediate crises faced by these youth can <br />be resolved and they can focus on their futures. <br />1. DESCRIPTIONS OF ORANGEWOOD FOUNDATION AND SANTA ANA PD <br />Orangewood is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit and one of the leading providers of <br />services to foster and community youth in Orange County. Since 1980, <br />Orungewood has been doing "whatever it takes" to meet the needs of the <br />most vulnerable youth in Orange County.
