Upon finding Prohibited Container Contaminants in a Container, Contractor <br />shall follow the contamination noticing procedures and contaminated Container <br />handling protocols set forth in Section 5.5.1.1.C. <br />C. Reporting Requirements. <br />Contractor shall maintain records and report to the City on contamination <br />monitoring activities and actions taken, in accordance with Article 8. <br />Within fifteen (15) business days of the waste evaluation, notify all Customers on the <br />sampled Contractor route of their requirement to properly separate materials into the <br />appropriate Containers. The Contractor may provide this information by placing a <br />written notice on the Customers' Containers or the gate or door of the Premises; and/or <br />by mailing, emailing, or texting the notice to the Customers. The format of the warning <br />notice shall be approved by the City. <br />5.5.1.4 Section Reserved <br />5.5.1.5 Noticing of Customers with Contamination, and Disposal of Materials <br />Upon finding Prohibited Container Contaminants in a Container, Contractor shall <br />follow the contamination noticing procedures and contaminated Container handling <br />protocols set forth in Section 5.5.1.1.C. <br />5.5.1.6 Reporting Requirements <br />In accordance with Article 8, Contractor shall maintain records and report to the City on <br />contamination monitoring activities and actions taken. <br />5.6 Inspection and Enforcement <br />A. Annual Compliance Reviews <br />General. Contractor shall perform compliance reviews described in this Section <br />commencing July 1, 2022, and at least annually thereafter, unless otherwise <br />noted. <br />2. Commercial Customer Compliance Reviews The Contractor shall complete a <br />compliance review of all Multi -Family and Commercial Premises Customers that <br />generate two (2) cubic yards or more per week of Solid Waste, including Organic <br />August 17, 2021 107 City of Santa Ana <br />
