Upon finding Prohibited Container Contaminants in a Container, Contractor <br />shall follow the contamination noticing procedures and contaminated Container <br />handling protocols set forth in Section 5.5.1.1.C. <br />C. Reporting Requirements. <br />Contractor shall maintain records and report to the City on contamination <br />monitoring activities and actions taken, in accordance with Article 8. <br />Within fifteen (15) business days of the waste evaluation, notify all Customers on the <br />sampled Contractor route of their requirement to properly separate materials into the <br />appropriate Containers. The Contractor may provide this information by placing a <br />written notice on the Customers' Containers or the gate or door of the Premises; and/or <br />by mailing, emailing, or texting the notice to the Customers. Annual Compliance Reviews <br />General. Contractor shall perform compliance reviews described in this Section <br />commencing July 1, 2022, and at least annually thereafter, unless otherwise <br />noted. <br />2.
