This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: Professional Environmental Consultant's Liability Insurance Policy Professional Environmental Consultant's Liability Insurance Policy—Claims Made and Reported Coverage Schedule Name of Person or Organization. Blanket where required by written contract Contract or Agreement Title/No. : Blanket where required by written contract In consideration of the payment of premium and the Deductible by you and in reliance upon the statements in the Application made a part hereof, we agree with you, subject to all the terms, exclusions and conditions of the policy and the terms and conditions of this endorsement,that with respect to COVERAGE 8; CONTRACTOR'S POLLUTION LIABILITY only, the following changes shall apply.; 1. Pursuant to DEFINITIONS (Section VIII.) definition of"insured" paragraph 4., the person or organization shown in the Schedule above whom you are required to add as an additional "insured" on this policy under the written contract or written agreement shown in the Schedule above and executed and effective prior to the performance of your"covered operations"which is the subject of such written contract or written agreement is added as an additional "insured." II. The insurance provided to the additional "insured" person or organization applies only to "Glaims" arising out of a "pollution event" resulting directly from "covered operations" or "completed operations" of the "covered operations" which are the subject of the written contract or written agreement and only if the "claim" is otherwise covered under the terms and conditions of this policy. Ill. Regardless of the provisions of paragraphs 1. and II. above: A. We will not extend any insurance coverage to the additional "insured" person or organization. 1. That is not provided to you in this policy; or 2. That is broader coverage than you are required to provide to the additional "insured" person or organization in the written contract or written agreement; and B. We will not provide Limits of Liability to the additional "insured" person or organization that exceed the lower of: 1. The Limits of Liability provided to you in this policy; or 2. The Limits of Liability you are required to provide in the written contract or written agreement. IV. The insurance provided to the additional "insured" person or organization does not apply to"claims" as a result of any negligence, act, error or omission, or strict liability of the additional"insured"person or organization.
