Contractor is responsible for moving all Containers as necessary for Collection, and <br />then returning them to their original location. Contractor shall have an Organic <br />Materials Recycling program whereby it, at a minimum, Collects the types of Organic <br />Materials required by CalRecycle for Residential Cart Customers. Contractor shall <br />provide to the City a list of Organic Materials to be collected from Residential Curbside <br />Service Unit Customers upon execution of this Agreement. Contractor shall ensure that <br />all public education and outreach is updated to reflect materials that may be placed in <br />Organics Materials Containers as they change during the term of this Agreement. <br />4.2.5 Senior and Mobile Horne Low Generator Customers <br />Contractor shall provide senior residents, as described in Section 5.1.2, and residents <br />living in mobile home communities, both of which must live in households with no <br />more than two persons and are low trash generators, a 35-gallon Refuse, Recycling, and <br />Organics Cart. Senior Residents, and Residents living in mobile home communities, <br />and receiving the Senior and Mobile Home Low Generator Rate (Section 5.1.2), are not <br />eligible to receive additional Carts. <br />4.2.6 Collection of Neighborhood Association Containers <br />The City currently recognizes sixty-four (64) neighborhood associations. The service <br />described in this Section 4.2.6 shall apply to all neighborhood associations, whether <br />existing now or in the future. Contractor shall provide weekly manual Collection of <br />fourteen (14) Refuse Containers owned by and located in the Washington Square <br />Neighborhood Association. Additionally, Contractor shall provide up to fourteen (14) <br />automated Refuse Containers to any other neighborhood association at the request of <br />the association, for a total maximum of eight -hundred eighty-two (882) automated <br />Refuse Containers, and shall also provide weekly Collection of such Containers. The <br />Contractor -provided Containers shall be sixty (60) gallons with a two hundred (200) <br />pound load capacity, have gravity release locks, and weighted bottoms. Containers <br />shall be branded with the City of Santa Ana's Clean City Initiative logo. The City will <br />provide the artwork. Contractor shall steam -clean the interior and exterior of the <br />Contractor -provided and neighborhood association -owned Containers at a minimum of <br />one-time per week. All Containers may be placed on the public right-of-way, and may <br />be placed as far as six (6) feet from the curb face. Collection of all Containers under this <br />Section 4.2.6. shall occur on the same day as the regular Solid Waste Collection services <br />for each neighborhood association.
