Reports will be updated on a quarterly basis and submitted with Contractor quarterly <br />reports to the City. Contractor will report all Customers that have service levels within <br />the thresholds of AB 1826 and SB 1383 on reporting forms provided by the City on a <br />quarterly basis. The report will document whether the Customer receives Recycling <br />service from the Contractor, self -recycles, receives Organics recycling from a third <br />party, or donates edible food. Any internal Organics Recycling programs or third -party <br />Organics Recycling programs that the Contractor encounters while conducting <br />Customer site visits shall be documented using a City -approved electronic reporting <br />form. Contractor shall collect photograph documentation of the internal recycling <br />program or third -party recycling program. All documentation of the internal Organics <br />Recycling programs or third -party Organics Recycling programs, shall be provided in <br />an electronic format approved by the City, such as a cloud -based file -sharing system <br />organized such that each Customer has a unique folder that will house service <br />proposals, photographs, and other items documenting the Contractor's compliance <br />implementation interactions with the Customer. <br />4.3.6.2 Organics Waste Recycling Program Cost <br />The full compensation to Contractor to provide the Commercial and Multi -Family <br />Organic Materials program as described in Section 4.3.6 is included in the approved rate <br />schedule. Organic Materials Carts and Bins, public outreach, and all other elements of <br />this program are to be provided at no additional cost. Participation in this program is <br />anticipated to increase over time and has been factored into the rates, and no further <br />compensation adjustment shall be implemented except for the annual rate adjustment <br />described in Article 6. <br />4.3.7 Roll -off Box Organic Materials Collection Service <br />Contractor shall make permanent Roll -off Box Organic Materials Collection available to <br />all Customers in accordance with the approved rate schedule. <br />4.3.8 Food Recovery Assistance <br />1) During the transition of services period from award of this Agreement to the start <br />of services, but no later than July 1, 2022, Contractor shall identify all Commercial <br />Customers that meet the definition of Tier One and Tier Two Commercial Edible <br />Food Generators and provide a list of such Customers to the City, which shall <br />include: Customer name; service address; contact information; Tier One or Tier <br />August 17, 2021 53 City of Santa Ana <br />
