C. Bin Exchanges. Contractor may charge the Bin exchange fee included in <br />the approved rate schedule for each of two or more Bin exchanges in a twelve (12) <br />month period, due to Bin size change requested by a Customer. <br />4.7.4.4 Roll -off Boxes <br />Contractor shall provide sufficient Roll -off Boxes to meet Customer demand <br />throughout the Term of the Agreement, and will keep all Roll -off Boxes clean, free from <br />graffiti, equipped with reflectors, and with the name and phone number of Contractor <br />in letters not less than three (3) inches high on the exterior of the Roll -off Box so as to be <br />visible when the Roll -off Box is placed for use. Contractor shall properly cover all open <br />Roll -off Boxes during transport as required by the State Vehicle Code. <br />4.7.4.5 Graffiti Removal <br />Contractor shall remove graffiti from any Cart or Bin within two (2) business days <br />(excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays listed in Section 4.7.1) of request by City or <br />Customer at no additional charge, Contractor shall remove graffiti from any Roll -Off <br />Box within five (5) business days of request by City or Customer at no additional <br />charge. Contractor is required to proactively look for graffiti when Collecting <br />Containers, with all graffiti removed from Containers as stated above after any <br />Collection without notification. <br />4.7.4.6 Overflowing Containers <br />Multi -Family Premises with Refuse Bin Service, and Commercial Customers that <br />regularly produce more Refuse than their current level of service can accommodate <br />may have their service level increased in accordance with the following procedure: <br />First Incident in Six -Month Period - If more material is placed for Collection than fits in <br />a Container Contractor shall photograph the overflowing Container and send to the <br />Customer (at both the service and billing addresses) the picture and a letter instructing <br />that the next instance of an overflowing Container may result in a charge. <br />Second Incident in Six -Month Period - Upon the second event of an overfilled <br />Container in a six-month period, Contractor shall photograph the overflowing <br />Container and send to the Customer the picture and a letter instructing that a third <br />incident in that same six-month period may result in an increase in the level of service. <br />August 17, 2021 79 City of Santa Ana <br />
