EXHIBIT 2 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />SCOPE OFWORK <br />Subcontractor will utilize HUD- <br />WelcomeHomeOClandlordincentiveprograminhousingtheSantaAnaHousing <br />VASHvoucher holders. <br />WelcomeHomeOChelpshomeless individuals withrentalvouchersto securehousinginprivate <br />market apartments with the goals of (1) increasing available rental units through landlord <br />outreach, engagement and incentives, (2) reducing the length of time between voucher issuance <br />to increase voucher lease up success rate and (4) permanently <br />housinghomeless households. <br />HUD-VASH Special Fees will support necessary administrative expenses incurred to increase <br />lease-upsuccessrates or decreasethe timeit takesforaVeterantolocate andmove-in toaunit. <br />Subcontractor will provide the following eligible activities with the $84,017.00 in HUD-VASH <br />SpecialFees funding: <br />StafftoprovideHUD-VASHclientswithhousingsearchassistance <br />Landlord Recruitment activities to engage landlords to participate in the HUD-VASH <br />program <br />Contractor shall make payments to Subcontractor not to exceed $5,000 for each HUD-VASH <br />voucherleased, up to themaximum amountof eligiblefunding. <br />Subcontractor will provide quarterly reports and invoices to the Contractor. Contractor is <br />responsibleforreportingandrecordingofawardedSpecialFeesaspartoftheHCV <br />administrativefinancial records under CFDA14.871 <br />12 <br /> <br />
