EXHIBIT 3 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />SCOPEOFWORK <br />Subcontractor will utilize FUP/FYI Special Fees to <br />WelcomeHomeOClandlordincentiveprograminhousingtheSantaAnaHousing <br />FYIvoucher holders. <br />WelcomeHomeOChelpshomelessindividualswithrentalvouchers tosecurehousinginprivate <br />market apartments withthe goals of (1) increasing available rental units through landlord <br />outreach, engagement and incentives, (2) reducing the length of time between voucher issuance <br />ly <br />housinghomeless households. <br />FUP/FYISpecialFees willsupport necessaryadministrativeexpenses incurredto increaselease- <br />upsuccess rates ordecreasethe timeittakes for a familyto locate andmove-in to aunit. <br />Subcontractor will provide the following eligible activities with the $84,017.00 in FUP/FYI <br />SpecialFees funding: <br />StafftoprovideFUP/FYIclientswith housingsearchassistance <br />Landlord Recruitment activities to engage landlords to participate in the FUP/FYI <br />program <br />Contractor shall make payments to Subcontractor not to exceed $14,002.83 for each FUP/FYI <br />voucherleased, up tothe maximum amount ofeligiblefunding. <br />Subcontractor will provide quarterly reports and invoices to the Contractor. Contractor is <br />responsibleforreportingandrecordingofawardedSpecialFeesaspartoftheHCV <br />administrativefinancial records under CFDA14.871 <br />12 <br /> <br />
