EXHIBIT A
COMMUNITY BENEFIT AND SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES PLAN
COMMUNITY BENEFITS
Contribution to the Communitv
We intend to integrate our business into the Santa Ana community through several stages of
development. Our Year 1 to 2 goals will be: (1) job creation; (2) cannabis education within the
community; and (3) providing a community liaison. Our year 3 to 4 goals shall be: (1) providing
volunteer community services to local charitable organizations or causes; and (2) organizing a
cannabis non-profit to assist with Santa Ana initiatives.
We will appoint a founding member of My Green Network as a community liaison to the City of
Santa Ana. The community liaison will be the primary point of contact for any questions related
to our business and will be accessible via phone, email, and social media.
The following categories represent the ways in which MyGN will contribute to the community
1. The skills will be transferable across all industries thereby providing staff
with a long term professional asset. We will refer to the yearly Orange County Job Fair and any
applicable Santa Ana job fair/career events. OPERATOR will aim for at least 50% of its
employees to come from the surrounding area in Santa Ana, while making sure these potential
employees are able to perform their expected duties.
b.
