EDUCATIONAL PIPELINE <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />We have been working diligently for the past 7 years now to create solid <br />pipelines for youth within our city. Some of these pipeline projects have <br />included: <br />INDUSTRIAL ARTS <br />ROUNDTABLE <br />The Industrial Arts Roundtable connecting youth with local industry and <br />design in the arts here in Santa Ana. <br />CODING WITH <br />COMMUNITY <br />Coding with the Community A project where former SAUSD student Chris <br />Camacho now a student of computer science at Tufts University came back <br />for the summer and shared with the community the basics of coding in a <br />series of workshops at SAUSD and at the Garfield Community Center. <br />FOUNDING TEAM XQ SUPER <br />SCHOOL CIRCULOS <br />Being on the Founding Team that brought Circulos to SAUSD an XQ funded <br />program of piloting a school without walls. <br />CONNECTING STUDENTS WITH <br />LOCAL INDUSTRIAL DESIGNERS <br />Circulos is connected to the OC Juego Project as Segerstroms and worked <br />with designers from the Industrial Arts Roundtable at Stacy Dukes Design and <br />Oval Integrations to Engineer their own conceived of creation. <br />ESTABLISHING THE FIRST <br />CHILDREN'S BUSINESS FAIR <br />Bringing the Children's Business Fair to Downtown Santa Ana. Where youth <br />learn to develop their product line and entrepreneurship <br />skills with the public through pop-up vending. <br />
