the City's review, inspection and copying within five business days (excluding <br />Saturday, Sunday and holidays included in Section 4.7.1) of receiving written notice <br />from the City requesting the same. <br />8.6 Failure to Report <br />The refusal or failure of Contractor to file any required reports, or to provide required <br />information to City, or the inclusion of any materially false or misleading statement or <br />representation by Contractor in such report shall be deemed a material breach of the <br />Agreement as described in Section 11.1 and shall subject Contractor to all remedies <br />which are available to the City under the Agreement or otherwise. <br />August 17, 2021 138 City of Santa Ana <br />
