City Manager Evaluation and Salary Adjustment <br />November 16, 2021 <br />Page 2 <br />2 <br />2 <br />4 <br />0 <br />for the City Manager (Exhibit 1), and amends the Master Salary schedule to effect the <br />abovementioned change to the City Manager’s salary (Exhibit 2). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The City Council’s adoption of the proposed Resolution and amended agreements will <br />result in an annual total increase in costs of approximately $13,150, with a FY21-22 fiscal <br />impact of approximately $8,200.
