This time period will be referred to as the "ExtendedTerm ". At the expiration of the Extended Term, the Agreement will automatically renew for successive one-year periods (each a "Renewalrerm ", and collectively with the Initial Term and the Extended Term, the "Term") unless a party provides the other party with notice of its intent not to renew the Agreement at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the then current term.
