<br />Dave Smith, PE, QSD I Project Manager
<br />Dave has more than 30 years of experience as Project Manager, Resident
<br />Engineer, and Structures Representative on large, multi -staged, multi -
<br />phased public works projects. Dave has a strong background in Public
<br />Works standards and procedures and delivers superior service in a
<br />complex management role. His career began at the Caltrans District 8
<br />Bridge Department. With Berg since 1997, he has successfully managed
<br />highway interchanges, roadway improvements, pump stations, bridges,
<br />grade separations, and rail projects. Dave brings previous experience with
<br />OCTA, Caltrans, and third -parties, andh is attention to detail and thorough
<br />knowledge of construction practices means that the City will have a well -
<br />run job with a quality end product.

<br />management. Brenda has extensive experience in report preparation and
<br />excels atdata compilation and cost forecasting. She is responsible forcritical
<br />project administration functions, including contract management, document
<br />control, project communications, deliverables, and payment applications.
<br />Brenda takes a proactive approach to making sure her projects meet
<br />contract requirements and owner objectives.
