NOTICE INVITING QUALIFICATIONS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received from qualified firms to provide Affordable Housing <br />Financial, Analytical and Advisory Services. Responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be <br />accepted until Tuesday, September 21 at 5:00 P.M.
