• Continuing legal advice, as needed and requested, concerning any actions necessary <br />to insure the continuing tax exempt status of the bonds, and to protect the Interests of <br />the City and the Authority. <br />The City Attorney's Office will at all times serve as the City's and the Authority's own legal counsel in all <br />matters respecting these tax exempt bonds. Bond counsel will be required to .work with the City <br />Attorney's Office in its conduct of these services.
