(KMA) is pleased to submit this proposal to the City of <br />Santa Ana Community Development Agency (City) request for qualifications (RFQ) to <br />provide affordable housing financial, analytical and advisory services, Specifically, KMA <br />Is proposing to provide financial and analytical assistance with multifamily and single- <br />family housing projects and programs; bond issuance advisory services; and financial <br />analysis of projects subject to the City's Inclusionary Housing Program. <br />KMA is a full -service real estate, financial, and economic consulting firm with a. <br />specialization in affordable housing services.
