The project involves more <br />that 250 properties. As an agent, she successfully acquired 51 commercial and <br />residential partial acquisition properties out of 74 case files. July prepared all <br />notice of decision to appraisal packages, offer packages, and correspondence <br />notices and attended management meetings with the Client. <br />LOSSAN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />The LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency I Orange, CA 12020 - Ongoing <br />Monument is part of the program management team responsible for ongoing right- <br />of-way and real estate support. The commuter passenger rail will connect San Luis <br />Obispo to San Diego. This Project will add a second track parallel to the existing <br />track, and the addition of multiple stations along the train route_ Joey is an integral <br />part of the Monument Team responsible for right-of-way project management, <br />and acquisition support services including appraisal coordination, acquisition, <br />relocation, condemnation support, cost estimating and development of the design <br />build procurement documents. <br />CALIFORNIA HIGH SPEED -RAIL PROJECT <br />Cahlornia Fligh Speed Rail Authority I Fresno, CA 12016 - Ongoing <br />The California Highspeed Rail Authority is responsible for planning, designing, <br />building, and the operation of the first high-speed rail system in the nation. Joey is a <br />key member of the consultant team providing right-of-way support on Construction <br />Package 1, a 23-mile segment between Avenue 19 in Madera County to East <br />American Avenue in Fresno County. He is responsible for the organization and <br />management of an intense utility conveyance and permit process for the Authority <br />preparing and tracking known and unknow utilities and coordination with owners. <br />utilities and stakeholders. <br />
